Excellent powerlifting belt. Great value for the dollar.
A very serious powerlifting belt. VERY stiff which is what is needed, but the two pronged buckle makes it difficult to properly put on or take off until it is extremely well broken in. This is actually the proper sort of belt to use for heavy deadlifts and squats. Be very, very careful about measuring for fit. Make sure you know exactly where to measure, as it should ride higher than a normal pants belt. That being said, there is plenty of length and if you are relatively trim, the fit should be easy: 36-38″ mid section will be LARGE, although the temptation will be to chose Xtra large.

This is a professional Olympic grade weight/powerlifting belt. You should only go for this one if you’re serious about your weights. The belt is very well made, feels strong and safe, it is a bit stiff though but you get used to it.
I recently started using weight training belts because I started lifting heavier for squats and deadlifts. I tried using a generic wide old-style belt I got from Dick’s but it was way too wide and interfered with my motion during lifts.

Shipping took longer because of a winter storm. Normally would not mind, but it threw off my workout schedule. As for the product it is great. If you are doing less than 2x your bodyweight probably not useful. My last belt broke after 5 years. So hopefully this one will last a little longer. The belt is super stiff so it needs to be worn a few times before you go to the top of the mountain. This would not be good for a crossfit style workout. It is a double prong so it takes a little more work to make sure it is tight. You can go buy a $100 belt that will last forever, but this belt is great for those that want to be part powerlifter part bodybuilder.
Best first belt ever!
I have been lifting for a few years but I began to powerlift this year & fell in love with it. I did some research on lifting belts in general because I had yet to own one. I decided to get this belt because it was decently priced compared to a lot of the other name brand lifting belts, and there were a lot of good reviews.
I highly suggest this to anyone who can’t afford a more expensive belt like myself, or if you’re just a casual lifter
I’m prepping for a power meet within the next few months and I needed a belt. Since this style is the “accepted” build I needed to order this. My buddy had this same belt that I was using between a sets of squats dreads etc.
Belt works great, very sturdy for heavy use and heavy lifting

Belt works great, very sturdy for heavy use and heavy lifting. I only use one prong as two is kind of a pain undo after a heavy lift. That has always been my complaint with these double prong belts but I prefer a simple belt over the more expensive quick release and no one had a nice single prong in my size at a price point that could compete with this one.
Solid Belt, Better Price
Good belt for the price, especially for those looking for their first REAL weight belt. Definitely has a break-in period and will likely be stiffer than new lifters expect but it works well. Build quality is solid though the tip of my belt has been fraying. Not too many complaints when it serves its purpose for bargain level pricing.
Takes the worry out of your lift.

People will tell you that weight belts make you weaker, and there’s some truth to that, but when you see some of the strongest guys in the world using them, you have to wonder. And sure, maybe squatting 500lbs. without the belt means you’re stronger than 500lbs. with the belt, but if you can squat 500lbs. without the belt, you can probably squat 550lbs. after putting it on.
I was recommended this belt and now I fully recommend this belt
Since using this belt I never squat or deadlift without it, this belt keeps pressure up against my abdominal wall and my lower to mid back. I was recommended this belt and now I fully recommend this belt, its great material and does NOT fall apart. when doing your sizing make sure you know what you are measuring
