This belt is fantastic, I have worn it 6 times since getting it 2 weeks ago and I’m blown away. It is very comfortable to wear In both strength and metcon workouts. I have worn it for everything from front squats, back squats, deadlifts, to Olympic lifts. I’m newer to CrossFit, but have used other belts for previous workouts. Very secure and gave me that extra confidence in my lifts. Pair them with their leather 3 hole grips and you’ll be set!

Sizing is off

So, of course, the belt looks outstanding and matches perfectly with the knee braces. My only complaint is the fitting. I am between a 36-38 in waist size and I ordered a Large; it fits loose for me. While I can get it tight, if I lose any weight it will lose its effect as a back/core support.

I’ve only had the BK belt for about a week now and have done some heavy front and back squats along with some OLY work in it. It feels solid during the lifts and the stability is great. I’ve had a couple belts before where the velcro wears out and pops open during lifts after about 6-8 months, and since I haven’t had this for very long, I cannot speak to the long term durability, but the velcro does feel a bit more hardy than the other belts I’ve used. Hopefully the lifetime of this belt is longer than the other ones. One thing that I noticed is that when the belt is pulled tight, both ends overlap each other in front and then the velcro strap covers them. I’m not sure if this is a sizing issue or just how it is intended to be worn, but it felt a little funky at first but just takes some getting used to. Overall, I’m happy with the belt and really hope it lasts a while.

So far, I’m very happy with the belt as I begin to break it in. The metal portion of the belt hasn’t gotten in the way at all during my Olympic Lifts and the is Velcro very secure. My favorite characteristic is that there is just the slightest amount of elasticity in the belt. This enables you to get an extremely snug fit but allows for a small bit of expansion while you’re at the bottom of a deep squat. I’ll update once it’s totally broken in with my opinion on fit/wear amd tear.

Perfect for me. 34 years old dead lifting/squating in that 8-12rep range and jumping from exercise to exercise. Great support and I can easily put on/remove the belt as needed. I am happy with the purchase.

Awesome belt, adds a lot of support and is much needed for my Oly lifts. Only wish that I didn’t have to readjust so often. I am worried about long term.. but as of now the belt is perfect!

Great belt for all around use, especially metcon workouts. Not bulky or restrictive, but provides great support. I’m a 32” waist on pants and ordered the medium. It works, but is in the bigger side, so they run just a little big. May want to size down one size depending on your waist size.

… far I think their products stand up just as good as big name such as rogue and what not

I have used a few things from bear complex now and so far I think their products stand up just as good as big name such as rogue and what not.. I love this belt I have tried 3-4 different types of velcro belts and this one is the best I have found and for the money you can’t beat it.. it is stiffer then many belts that aren’t leather and perfect support for clean, squats, snatches or anything

Have used several other name brand belts that are either too rigid or not stiff enough. Found this belt to assist in maintain posture on Olympic lifts and long cross fit workouts. Based on that, I have to give it 5 stars.
