Great addition to our home gym.

I have been going through some intensive physical therapy and personal training since the beginning of this year (2016). They have used the balance ball in some of the exercises I have been doing. I love using the ball and decided that I needed on at home in my personal gym. Now I WAS NOT really willing to pay about $100 for one of these so I headed directly to Amazon to do some research. I came across this one, read the reviews and also like that it came with the bands. I received it in a timely manner and was excited to get everything all assembled. You get a the balance ball already attached to the base, deflated. You get a pump, two white pins to plug up the ball and the two bands. It was very easy to set up and start using. You do get a very good workout using this balance ball, esp. for your core. There so many exercises you can do with this piece of equipment. I have not yet used the bands, reason I am in therapy… I’ll get there soon!!
Great product for ab workouts

Great product for ab workouts. The resistance bands are not good for strength, I feel they are a bit cheap – not sturdy on the board and doesn’t offer a lot of resistance. The ball itself is great for crunches and oblique workouts, very happy with it. If you’re looking for a cheaper bosu ball alternative, this is a great option.
Great product for the money.

feels like it made of kind of cheap material and was somewhat difficult to pump up, but so far – 3 months after purchase – ZERO problems with the it losing air or breaking in any way. Great product for the money. The chart of exercises that it came with has been surprisingly useful!
Well made and no missing pieces

Package was delivered with all pieces as advertised — including two white plugs to keep air from leaking out. Some reviews have complained about missing items, but this one was complete. Initial impression — well made and plenty sturdy to support my 200 lb weight.
Works Same As Higher Priced Options

I wondered if there was something cheap or not as user friendly with this Bosu ball vs. the branded ones at twice the price. If there is – I can’t tell! Perhaps it is a little more rounded on the top, but that hasn’t mattered one bit.
I recommend this for anyone who is looking for a cheap, but great product.

Look at the price, it is affordable. The first one I order did not come with the white piece, but the seller sent the missing part promptly. Once I got the parts, it was easy to pump it up. I do not understand why some people have a hard time to inflate it. I took me a couple of minutes. I am a petite woman. There is an instruction sheet, but you can google pretty much anything how to use the balance ball on the internet. Somebody complained that the ball is too hard, but the ball you use at the gym has been used by so many different people, so it got stretched and soften. It is not a problem at all because you can control how much air you want to put in. I am actually very happy and satisfied with what I paid after inflating the balance ball and used it. I am giving 5 stars.
The bosu ball part is great. Not really something you can use upside down …

The bosu ball part is great. Not really something you can use upside down since the flat part is not comfortable to rest your arms on, but it’s good to do squats and other balancing activities. The resistance bands are a little weak though.
Excellent for Myotatic Crunches

We read that lunatic Tim Ferris’ “4-Hour Body” and switched up our workouts to include his Myotatic Crunch… Turns out he’s only half crazy (like a fox?) because they really work. This “Bosu Ball” competitor works excellently for how we use it. No issues with missing plug(s), inflates easily (and stays inflated), and the price is awesome.
