They arrived fast and don’t smell bad. I should have payed more attention at check out because I thought I had bought 2 of the 5 pound weights and instead I bought 2 of the 2.5 pounds weights. I’m still happy with the quality and product. Next month I’ll buy the right set.

Works great with our home gym. I was very nervous that it might not be compatible with our home gym. I was actually looking for the more flat, longer plates that you normally will see in gyms, but I was unable to find those. That’s why I was nervous purchasing these. But it works just fine. Really helps take those little increments in weight when your home gym goes up by 20lbs per plate.
2.5 LBS x 2 WORKS GREAT!
This 2.5 lbs plate works great. It’s so hard to find 2.5 lbs plates at my gym, first being there’s only 1-2 pairs of them, and secondly it’s almost always being used by someone. That’s why I decided to buy 2 of these so I didn’t have to wait.
Great for home weight machines.
It doesn’t fit my weight machine perfectly, but fortunately, I can make adjustments to my weight machine to make it fit right. It’s nice to have one of these smaller weight stack adapters especially for lower pulley exercises such as inner and outer thigh exercises. Great item to have.

I am weight lifting in my mid 40’s. If you are 25, it probably ain’t no big deal to jump up 10 lbs on your lifts. But doing that over 40 resulted in getting stuck and regressing. I bought the 5 lb version of this, which worked OK. But jumping up 2.5 lbs at a time is almost imperceptible. I am making faster gains with this system. No regession. Worth the cost.

Works perfect on my Gold’s Gym XRS 50 Home Gym System
Works perfect on my Gold’s Gym XRS 50 Home Gym System. Unfortunately, the bench on that gym has 31 pound weight increments – too much of a jump when you’re trying to increase your max. Using this 2.5 pound adapter along with the 5 pound, it makes the gym far more useful.
