Great Weights! Stop Complaining!
Great ankle weights. Yes they are bulky. Meant for leg lifts, donkey kick etc. It would be dumb to run in these or do any frisk activity. In a nut shell- for weight/ muscle gain not for Aerobics. Gentle with the weight bags. But you can fill them with other material if you aren’t satisfied with the sand bags as they zip up securely. I have small ankles- 5’2″ 120 & (with ankle socks) am able to utilize these weights fully. I don’t understand the complaints. Arrived before due date. Exceptional quality. Stop complaining. It’s a lot of weight a lot of quality for a little price. If you want to complain, pay $60 per weight instead of this price for both ankle weights. I normally don’t write reviews and am a pessimist myself, but my Goodness it’s like whining that a burger from the dollar menu doesn’t taste like steak (when the burger fills you up, does its job and is only a dollar) of course it doesn’t taste like steak! It’s a dollar! Pay more you get more. If you’re on a tight budget, like me, they are perfect. Anyway, I’m done venting. Have an excellent day

The product is well made. The only reason I am assigning only four stars to the weights is the sheer size of them. That being said it goes without saying that to achieve 10 Lbs. per ankle requires that the item be large. The material that contains the weight bags seems to be of a canvas nature, durable but rough. These will have to be worn over some form of clothing, (socks or pant legs), to prevent chaffing. The weights are 71/2″ tall and contain 5 pouches capable of carrying a 2 Lb. weight bag in each.
these weights are nice in that they can be changed from 2 to 10 pounds. They may not be the most comfortable fit, but with a bit of ingenuity, they can be utilized for an effective work out routine that will provide the resistance one needs to increase their level of fitness. I’m a rather skinny lad, so utilizing long socks wrapped around my legs underneath the weights helped provide a more comfortable fit.
These are easy to use and it’s easy to change the weights
Everything that was support to be included is there. These are easy to use and it’s easy to change the weights. I use these to add some weights for my leg workouts as opposed to dealing with the resistance bands. With some exercises, the weights are the easier way to go. I would also say these would be good for people doing physical therapy exercises at home. I spent a good amount of time in PT and I should have bought these ages ago to help strengthen my leg after knee surgery and multiple knee injuries.
