I like this bar. It’s padded and weighted just as described. Mine arrived damaged inside a box hat was not damaged which is irritating because you know someone saw it and packed it anyway. I’m exchanging it for another

Replaced THE FIRM "sculpting stick"

I admit that I still work out to 90s “The Firm” VHS tapes. After my 7lb “sculpting stick” broke during a move, I searched high and low for a replacement. This 9 lb one is a little heavier but is just the right height for helping me balance on my “fanny lifter”.
