Wow. I have only just got my Leg master home but already I can feel it working , I can feel everything starting to tone and strengthen already!! It was easy to put together and so easy to use. You really do only need 60 seconds a day.. I especially needed it for my weak pelvic area. After having twins and even just having used it twice I’m already feeling a benefit. Fantastic I’d really recommend it.
Hard work, but good…
It was mostly already assembled when it arrived. It was missing a screw, but I had one that fit…just had to color it black to match. That handle bar could be a little tighter and sturdier, but it’s not a big deal. It’s a lot harder than it looks, and I could feel my neglected muscles were a little sore the next day. It pleased me knowing that it was doing its job. Unfortunately, I got over zealous doing it 2-3 times each day and pulled a muscle in my inner thigh. I’m impatiently waiting for it to heal before I resume, and I plan to go a bit easier so as not to injure it again.
I love my LegMaster, it does the job, tightens the inner thighs, legs and butt, great exerciser!
Overall Works Fine
Works fine- definitely do not like the rubbery handle bar which sags when you press your weight on for support. I try to work out with both my hands toward the middle where you can have full support. I will be looking into a piece I can replace with the bar they provide. Not sure why it is set up that way. Otherwise, it works fine, similar to my original model- (minus the sturdy top bar)
Start slow only doing a few reps at a time until you’re stronger. Don’t get frustrated too quickly!
I’ve have been using the LegMaster for a few months. At first I could only do 15-20 reps but now am up to a few minutes each day. The flexible handles were not used at first, but after I got stronger, I like using them for upper body toning.
It is harder than it looks. 🙂 But they have a chart to increase the reps each day.
