Customer Reviews

nice size, not too light or heavy

I mjust purchased this last week, nice size, not too light or heavy. Thickly padded, very stable. I have used this in my living roon, up against my couch as I don’t have wall sace to place next to a wall. I figure I will fall into my couch if I lose my balance. Like anypose, I was able to get into a headstand immediately, but it takes time to build upm endurance in this pose. No strain on my neck, but you feel the weight in the shoulders. I stay in the pose for only about 1 minute at a time, but try to do this several times a day. Using this stand is much safer for your neck than trying to do this pose from the floor with the ensuing possible neck/carotid artery compression/strain. I would highly reccomend this bench to anyone who desires inversion poses.

Great Jumpstart To My Handstand Journey.

After a couple of sessions using this I was able to get over my discomfort being upside-down. By the third day I was able to go straight into a headstand and tripod headstand after failing at both multiple times before using this bench. I am also able to train inverted leg presses and build strength and stability in those movements.

Finally can do a headstand of course with assistance LOL

This is great even for beginners. I don’t know how to do a head stand at all haven’t done one in years but I was able to get up on this and use this machine to help do one successfully. My younger son loves this too 🙂 but I wouldn’t let him do this without me present. The fact that you have handlebars to hold will help you stabilize your body that much more and you can do even better exercises on this while at your upside down. For example like when you’re in the head down position letting your legs down and then pulling them right back up again Works your core very well and you’re back. However if you have back problems I would suggest not doing this machine at all until you are ready.

Love it!!

I really had no idea I was going to use this as much as I do. Besides safe, stable inversions, I also use it as a work out bench for different hand held weight exercises and started using it for planks, side planks, tricep dips; there are so many possibilities, and it takes up so little space, I never put it away.

The bench allows me to comfortably invert without much strain

The bench allows me to comfortably invert without much strain. Although my feet tend to lean against the wall while inverted, I have been working on keeping fully erect without using the wall. The bench is quite solid and yet has a nice padded top that relieves some of the pressure. I plan on using for some of the other exercises as well.

Prefer more cushion, but still, AWESOME chair

I love this chair. It give extra length to do stretches and helps you keep your hips aligned, but most important of all, it enables me to do headstands with the utmost support. The only downside: compared to the headstand support chair’s I’ve used elsewhere, it’s not as cushioned. Don’t get me wrong I love the chair and it DOES have cushion, I’d just prefer a little more. 🙂

What a fun item!

So fun and a great way to get upside down every day. Please follow the instructions to warm up before using to avoid injury and those that are very flexible try to keep your lower back nice and long.
