Finished the entire program

Today was my last Cardio 3, thank you lordt! All finished with this program. I lost 30 lbs, 4 dress sizes and 24 inches in 3 months. I wish I had taken pictures. I will for the next program. My legs improved the most. They are so much more shapely and once I get down to my ideal size, you can tell they will be muscular. This program absolutely does A LOT of body weight training, squat and leg work. I stopped the diet plan in month one, because it calls to feed 4-6 people and I was cooking for one. I switched to a 1200 calorie diet and eventually upped it to 1600 to account for calories burned during exercise. In addition to Jillians program, I did 30 minutes of walking every morning and tried to get in 10,000 steps a day. I rate this program 4 stars only because the diet plan is exclusive of those of us not feeding an entire family, or those of us with shellfish and nut allergies. I absolutely loved the cast with exception to Lana. She has got to be the laziest person I’ve ever seen on a Jillian video. I see why she has not been featured since. My biggest pet peeve….she ALWAYS used 3 lb weights when we’re all dying with heavier sets. There were times when she actually would drop the 3 lb weight, then pick it back up to “pretend” she picked up a different one. She slacked off anytime she thought she was off camera. Jillian actually calls her out in video 11. Twice!!! I loved every minute of it. Sweet vindication. She really thought no one noticed. Aside from her, I absolutely enjoyed the rest of the cast. Omar pushed 100000%, he is very inspirational. Mimi is my favorite and her happy go lucky outlook really brought much needed laughter when it was hard to get through. Onwards to Body Shred!!!

I lost 25lbs from these workouts and meal plans!!!

This is amazing!!!!! I lost 25lbs!!! She builds you up and doesn’t kill you in your first 2weeks. Definitely worth the money, and the best part is you can always start it over once you’re done!

Just finished week two and I will be starting the next phase today. This work looks easy and is manageable but leaves you sore and out of breath (a good thing). I did have to modify a few things the first week. After two weeks I am getting stronger and can do the first three workouts with out any modification. I didn’t use weights until the 4th time doing workouts 1 and 2. I didn’t take measurements but I can feel things toning up and I am feeling much stronger. I am expecting great results based on what I have seen in the first two weeks. I am not following the diet plan as I have a lot of allergies and food restrictions. However I do wear a fitbit and try to make sure I am staying within the right range of calories in and out.

Fun and encouraging.

I love the group workout setting. Even my husband will work out with me when the weather prevents him running outdoors. These start off very basic and get INTENSE! Great program start to finish. I even went back to the basics after a severe ankle injury to rehab it, so I appreciated the low impact cardio. I have all the JM workout DVDs and I like this one the best.

Good purchase, buy it!

Love it so far! Its challenging enough, and the switch up of workouts everyday keeps it interesting. Can’t wait until I’m 90 days in! I am a home workout DVD person, I hate the gym. I have a few of Jillian’s other workout DVD’s and I love them! I lost my first 40 lbs on 30 Day Shred, so I am a real fan! Buy it! $50 is cheap!

Watch your Tendons, etc. when you start the workout!

I love the workouts on here, and would definitely give this a 5 if I hadn’t damaged the bend in my arm (sort of like a reverse tennis elbow) by over-doing it with push-ups, planks, and using the heavy weights she recommended.

She put so much thought into these workouts and planned them around every key fitness related physiology the body goes through before, during, and after exercise so that you can get the most effective workouts in a reasonable amount of time. Then banter can be a little distracting but fits with Jillian’s personality. I can’t complain too much, she might come through the screen and beat my …
