Amazing Work-outs with Kettlebells!

I started working out about one year ago. I was introduced to Kettlebells and really enjoy using them for strength training. I did not know a lot of exercises with kettlebells and wanted to learn more so I could work out at home, as well as at the gym with my trainer. I bought the Kettlebell 52 cards, and my trainer was even impressed by them! They are color coded by which muscle groups each works out, and they are additionally coded for level of difficulty = Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced! The cards give you visual/pictorial and written instructions for each exercise (one exercise per card), and give you a recommendation for how many reps to do! It’s like having your own trainer in a box!!!!! I have since purchased an identical deck for my trainer, and the Expansion pack for myself (It has another 52 exercises with the kettlebells!). I highly recommend these cards to anyone wanting to get great work-outs every work-out!

Somethings are good; somethings could be better.

I just received this item and want to leave some first impressions. Positives: The information available in this package is wonderful and very portable. The video links also are useful, and videos are not available on similar cards by the competitor. It is very handy to organize and reference a variety of workouts in a very portable way. Negatives: the cards are normal card size, and information is written in a very small font and is limited to one side of nearly every card. It would be much better to have more information on both sides of each card, and to have a larger card size too. I don’t need another standard deck of playing cards with a label wasting half the available space on every card. I need to learn exercises—so better use of all the available space is needed. Also, the video links for demonstrating exercises are ridiculously short (less than ten seconds each)—and with no sound included or text on the video (very limited guidance on proper technique). Both newbies (and older adults with weaker eyesight) would probably like more information and more space for larger diagrams. The QR codes are very small too (it is hard to focus with a camera at first, but they work).

These are excellent. I am new to kettlebells and ran across these cards in my search. I liked the idea and so ordered a set. I am happy I did. These will keep me very busy for some time. There are 52 different exercises present. From beginner to advanced. BTW, when they say advanced only on a card, they aren’t kidding. The only thing I would have liked is some sort of indication as to what constitutes intermediate and advanced. I guess it would be subjective based on the individual. Anyway, these cards will keep my workouts interesting and non-repetitive for some time to come. I highly recommend!

A Kettlebell Lovers Must-Have!

It’s a very comprehensive system. Shuffle, deal, sweat. I mean there’s not much to it. I like to take one color from each of the 8 colors/categories and do a full body workout. Note: If you are tempted to make a set of your own, don’t! I did that and it was too time consuming, bulky, unsightly. Plus, my original version didn’t have the QR to see how each exercise is performed which saves a LOT OF TIME!

I love these cards! I camp a lot and I hate missing out on my workouts. All I need to bring is a mat, my 20 lb. KB and these cards! It’s fun because once you shuffle the deck you get a new workout every time. A few of the cards are too difficult for me, due to knee problems, but there are plenty of cards within to get a GREAT workout even if a couple are skipped in the process. The only con would be the box the cards come in. It didn’t last very long so I ordered a hard plastic card case and blamo! Perfect traveling workout pack! I’m glad I went w/this company because they offer great communication and a great product. I couldn’t imagine camping without these! They have helped me stay on track while on the go!

The problem that I have had with most workout systems is that I would get bored quickly and loose interest because it was mostly

I have tried several different workout systems with and without success that mostly needed a gym membership to participate in. When I moved and options were limited for me, I decided to try Stack 52 For use at home with some kettlebells I had been given.

Great mix of exercises and very descriptive breakdown of proper way to complete each movement. Good to mix and match different body parts (which are color coded on cards) to get a full body workout. I will do a circuit of different exercises based on separating each body part into different stacks, shuffling each stack then pick a card from each stack. Makes the workouts fun and different each time. Highly recommend this for any person new to using kettlebells and looking for different movements for each body part or for people looking to add different movements into their routing.

I love this. I have been trying to get back into working out for a while–used to be an everyday-er. I haven’t been able to find anything I really enjoy and can’t afford a gym. My sister in law uses kettlebells (and looks really good btw) and recommended them but I had no idea where to start. I happened upon this on Amazon, not even sure how, and thought what the heck? Good price…kettlebells…I’ll bite. I can do this workout anywhere–on the road, in my tiny call room, in my bedroom… I just set my timer on my phone for however long I have available, listen too my own music, and see how many cards I can get done. I love the barcode to see exactly how to do each move with proper form. So happy I found this.

Product matched picture. The illustrations and text description of each exercise are straightforward and easy to follow, including suggested number of reps per exercise. I had previously taken a kettlebell class, but even the exercises I’ve never seen before were well-explained. I don’t imagine a novice would have much difficulty picking it up, especially with the online videos available via QR code. Definitely makes for keeping a workout interesting with very little effort. Easily customizable for cyclists like me who want to focus work on legs and core, so I put some of the advanced arm exercises aside.
