I bought several of these types of products and this was the best by far the best
I have always had problems with the ball of my foot…lots of pain. I have never been able to wear any type of heeled shoe but the problem even when wearing appropriate footwear I experienced interrmitent pain and sometimes numbness. Recently however I was experiencing significant prolonged pain and numbness. I needed something to help me. I bought several of these types of products and this was the best by far the best.. They are quite squishy and they were able to get my toes back to where I could feel them again. I wear them very often and they continue to help. Also, I liked the fact that these don’t seem to flatten out; they retain their squishiness even after frequent wear. They aren’t terribly difficult to get a sock over as long as you put it on carefully. They stay in place and can be worn with shoes. Over all a great purchase!
I was having pretty bad ball of the foot pain. I tried the gel cushions from the local drug store but got no relief. Within 3 days of wearing these my foot pain was barely noticeable. I’m back to walking 10,000-14,000 steps a day with no pain. I’m buying more ASAP! 6 of the pads lasted me about 3 weeks. Wish it were longer but they are worth the money to be able to walk without pain.
Effective in reducing pain
I travel a lot for business… nearly 200k air miles a year. Running to business meetings, hard soled dress shoes on convention floors and tons of walking in big city side walks. This past year I started to get foot pain on the balls of my feet more so on My Left Foot (no pun intended). I tried this product on my last trip abroad and found it to be effective in spreading the pressure and relieving 98% of the pain. I’m sure this is allowing my foot to heal. I used to get some sharp pain 10-15% of the time or soreness by the end of the day that I had to apply an ice pack. Now almost no pain. I also purchased some pads to insert under the ball of the foot but have not had to use those yet. The pads are thicker and may make my shoe fit a bit tight… will try when I get home. This product is effective in providing a pad to reduce the impact and spread the pressure across the ball of the foot.
I have been wearing the pad for about a week now and can’t believe the difference it makes. It looks so flimsy and “holey” and yet it does what it says it will do! I am only having trouble with my right foot so I only have to use one of these at a time. So far, nothing has torn as some other reviewers have noted. I wash it out under the bathroom sink faucet every night and let it dry. The next morning I put it on even before putting on my bedroom shoes. It is difficult to wear with socks but I do it every day by stretching my sock and carefully putting it over the pad. I had bought a soft pad to put in the bottom of my right shoe but it didn’t work nearly as well as these do.
Feel the burn!
Been having a blast with these at work. Put some on and my coworkers get all sorts of curious. Next thing you know, everyone is trying them and feeling that forearm burn. Haven’t used them long enough to gauge real results, but my initial review is 5/5. They are easy to clean and at 10 bucks for 6, I’m not worried about them breaking or getting lost.
they worked fine. Another thing is
These work okay, but were a bit difficult putting my socks over. Once in place though, they worked fine. Another thing is, they do get dirty and I wasn’t able to get them clean. They are definitely disposable and I went through the 3-pack in a couple of weeks. I ended up buying some expensive insoles. I found these to be a bit mushy once you start walking with them, so I decided the insoles were more comfy but they cost over $30.
I’m glad I got this for the 3 different levels of …
It’s everything I was hoping for, I have no complaints. It’s very obviously a chinese knockoff product (the bag says it’s for foot care of all things, a glaring typo but I thought it was funny) but the quality is the same as the more expensive $25 counterparts. I’m glad I got this for the 3 different levels of resistance.
