The Stamina® InMotion® Elliptical trainer is an affordable way to work out at home on one of the most popular machines in the gym. It is compact and lightweight enough to use at home or at the office, and stores easily under a desk or in a closet. Elliptical trainer workouts burn a similar number of calories as jogging but without the risk of injury to the back, knees, hips, or ankles. Since your feet never leave the pedals the Stamina® InMotion® Elliptical gives a low-impact workout that is easy on your joints.

Great At-Work Exercise. Fits perfectly under desk
I love this elliptical! It isn’t exactly “portable”, but I was able to carry it to work on public transportation without killing myself. Set up took about 15 minutes and didn’t require tools or more skill than Ikea furniture. It’s completely silent and I have had people standing at my desk talking to me who had no idea I was even using it. I always tell them about it though and now several other people in my office have bought one.
61 YEARS OLD … LOST 165 LBS WHILE SITTING, THANKS TO THIS MACHINE! BUT …
Needless to say, with my 165-pound weight loss, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this machine, but as others have pointed out, it’s not perfect, and there is certainly room for improvement in a future model. Grab a cuppa while you read about my pedaling adventures …
Great for warm-ups!
I like to use cardio to warm-up before working out with weights. My old treadmill needed a new belt, and with the $100+ price tag plus the difficulty involved to replace it, I decided to go with something else. The Stamina In-Motion Elliptical Trainer meets my needs. I like that it is compact and does not take up much room. The machine works if you are standing forward or backward and allows you to pedal forward or backward. You can use it standing or sitting down. The instructions state which position (forward or backward) the machine should be standing vs. sitting down, but I have found that when standing it is more comfortable to use it in the opposite direction than recommended.
Pretty great for the price. Just one flaw…
I bought this to use in front of my standing desk. I like it. It’s sturdy and heavy…mostly metal parts. It was easy to put together, and for what it is, quite compact.
Skeptical at First, But Totally Worth the Buy!
I recently purchased this “Under-Desk” Elliptical. Before purchasing I read a lot of product reviews and was VERY hesitant that this was too good of a price for this type of exercise equipment. After lots of research, over several days, I finally decided to buy it. I received it on Friday and I couldn’t be happier! It is so quiet; no one (so far) even knows I have it under my desk! (I have a panel in front of me that blocks view from others seeing under my desk.) I have a very narrow, short desk, 24″D x 60″W x 28-1/4″H. I’m able to use this equipment just fine without hitting my knees or obstructing my panel/raceway. I happen to have rainboots on today, which I hadto take off to use the machine without hitting my knees. It’s still just as easy to use with socks!
