A Real Workout: The Stamina|X Air Rower is for the person who is willing to take their workout and their fitness to the extreme. Trainers widely recommend incorporating a rowing machine into your high intensity workouts. Rowing workouts are great for increasing your cardiovascular fitness and strengthening your whole body. During a HIIT session, it is important to have both cardiovascular and strength elements to get the full benefit of your workout. The Stamina X Air Rower is the solution for the cardio needs in many popular programs. Why spend the money and fight the crowds at the gym when you can bring the same elements of a commercial rower into your home at an affordable price? Durable Construction: Pushing your body to new levels requires you to be tough and durable. Stamina's engineers have designed the Stamina|X Air Rower to be just like you, tough and durable. The steel frame will hold strong during your hardest of workouts. The rowing chain keeps the air resistance coming as the fan spins inside the metal housing, automatically adjusting the resistance to your intensity. The molded seat allows you to push your workouts longer and longer while not being limited by sitting on an uncomfortable seat. You'll know that you're making progress with the real time feedback from the multi-function monitor in key measurements – distance, calories burned, speed, time, number of strokes, and strokes per minute. Fits your space: You don't need a dedicated home gym to have the convenience of getting a great workout at home. The Stamina|X Air Rower can be easily folded and rolled away into a corner or closet. Since this rower is painted with the Stamina|X red and black, we won't blame you if you want to leave it out for your friends to see.

Love it so far!
Just got it 2 days ago and my boyfriend and I have already gotten a few good circuits in on it, so far it’s great! It came in a pretty big box, assembly wasn’t terrible, probably took about 30-45 minutes. It folds up easily, you just remove 2 pins, fold it up, then put the pins back in. It doesn’t really stand up on end when folded, but you could probably prop it up against sobering for storage. I might consider getting a seat cushion, my butt feels like it’s asleep when I stand up lol. The footpads are flexible and adjustable, and have an adjustable strap to hold your foot in place. There’s really 2 reasons why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5:
Great workout with out taking a second mortgage to pay for it.
I think you get a lot of rower for the price. This is my first rowing machine. I wanted to see if rowing was a workout that I would enjoy, so I did not want to throw a grand at it till I was sure. I do enjoy rowing and the Stamina X is working good for me. Maybe in a year or when this breaks down I will look at a higher end rower. I think some of the negative reviews where not fair. the people nitpicked about some miner problems. like the short handle. and that there isn’t enough resistance. I am a fit 5-11 175lb man I work out on the rower and it will kick my butt after 4 sets of 5 min. intervals at 24 to 27 SPM. For 1/3 the cost of a Concept 2 you get a great first rower. Yes its made in China and it has a few things that could be improved. But you can get a great workout with it. You will get out what you put in.
4/5 this is a nice product. Made in China so you can tell …
4/5 this is a nice product. Made in China so you can tell the quality is about 80% there. I’m an engineer in the metal fabrication world so I can be the first to say that, this is pretty expensive for the material + labor that went into it. But it’s better than spending 900 on a C2
Solid and easy to use
I did a lot a research and I’m pleased with this rower. It gives a great workout and you can sprint on it to do sets. I’m completely satisfied with it which is more than I’d thought I’d be seeing all the reviews for the $1000 machines (which I’ve used and honestly don’t notice a difference in workout except for a slightly louder fan noise so I suspect it’s a cross fit loyalty thing). The fan noise is loud but not annoying and good for keeping rhythm.
Decent rower for the price
Works good for the price. I’ve had a Concept 2 in the past, and this is not a Concept 2. However, it is a decent rower.
This is the best! I love it! If you PROPERLY row, you will have no problems. My only complaint is the SIZE of SEAT! I’m not obese and I’m not super thin either but part of my butt lol hangs on the sides lol! I’ve been using the rower by matrix at my gym and my butt fits in that seat. I can still row perfectly fine with this one but I guess because I am so focused I do not notice any discomfort with my bottom. In the future though soon I will be replacing the size of the seat. The bar is fine! I can grip it just fine! No chain problems- I leaned back and pull the bar up to my chest. It is loud but that doesn’t bother me. Overall, I am happy I didn’t listen to the bad reviews 😌. I am SUPER happy with this!
