Works exactly as other reviews have indicated. Once you insert unit in proper number of plates to keep the bar stable for each exercise, it is very enjoyable/safe to use. Just as sturdy as many of the more expensive devices unless you are using more than three hundred pounds – then don’t need to do landmine movements anymore (for sure). Works fine for beginners and advanced landmine barbell users. Highly recommended. I’m over 75 years young doing 75# t-bar rows with it – so you need have no second thoughts.

Absolutely love this piece of equipment. It’s extremely easy to use and as a personal trainer and having a home gym this adds some exercises that we can perform in a somewhat small space. The equipment doesn’t slide around (which I was afraid of) and fits perfectly snug and secure inside the plates as it should. Perfect add to the home gym and a great price.

When budget and quality mean the same and mean the most

This is my second Yes4All purchase (bought the grips too) and I’m equally happy with it. I’ve started to use “land mine” exercises and wanted a good piece of equipment to help. I tried using nothing (just the bar on the ground) and a towel and simply wanted more stability without the potential of damaging my flooring or bar. This not only does the trick but it frees up space since I can place it anywhere I decide to put the plates. I use my bumper plates (which are thicker) and it works exactly as it’s supposed to. Great product at a great price. I’m sure for my next purchase I’ll be looking to see if Yes4All makes what I need for my garage gym.

I was skeptical at first but now I am a believer. Since I got the landmine attachments I am able to isolate muscles better and add variety to my workouts at my home gym. I also bought the CAP Barbell Olympic Plate & Bar Rack to place the land mine attachments where the barbells go and it was a match made in heaven. The plates on the rack keep it from moving and since the landmine barbell holders are about 18 inches off the ground youre able to transfer more of the weight to the the user when lifting, especially viking presses.

Tough, heavy, best form of a landmine base.

tough, heavy, so simple it can’t break. This is the best form of a landmine base. if you want to mount it on your rack, then bolt a piece of pipe to the rack and insert this unit. Or, you can throw in your gym bag and use 45lb plates in the gym….both stationary and portable. It’s great!

My schools gym has no T-bar, and this is a miracle lol. Works perfectly, a bit unstable with weights above 4 playes, but doable if you are a bit more cerefull or have a lifting buddy. The thing itself made from pretty durable metal and is a very simple contruction that most likely will last a while.

It’s More Than You Pay For.

It’s not a brand name, but it’s a great product. It has a solid base which gives it a great feel. I used it for single arm rows the other night, no issues, very smooth. I would buy it again. Save a couple bucks and buy this one.

Works very well. I put it on two heavy plates, a 45 and 35 pound plate laid atop a rubber mat. I use the 7 foot 45 pound olympic barbell out of it to add the weights to lift with the Deluxe Double D handle at the other end.

I say go for it

Works great until you reach around 3-4 plates. That’s when you need to add weight on top of it to keep it from moving up along with the bar. Not a big deal.
